Florida Azalea Festival 2026

Revitalize Historic Patalaka hosts the annual Florida Azalea Festival in downtown Palatka on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday,  February 27 through March 1, 2026. The event runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The Florida Azalea Festival is one of the longest-running festivals celebrated in Florida. This pet-friendly outdoor festival includes live music on the main stage, five blocks of vendors, and—of course—azaleas in bloom.

The Florida Azalea Festival is an ideal family event, with special kids activities at a kiddy carnival, including face painting, games, and arts/crafts. Browse the wares, sample the foods, and enjoy local arts and crafts. You can purchase an azalea plant as a living souvenir from the festival.

Pets aren't just allowed—they're encouraged! Pets in costume are a traditional part of the Azalea Festival.

When: Friday, February 27, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Where: At the city dock and in downtown Palatka.
