The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center hosts Jazz at the Excelsior with the program "Musical Opposites Attract" on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center was formerly the historic Excelsior High School, the first public high school for African-Americans in St. Augustine. Lincolnville Jazz at the Excelsior features talented artists performing in the renovated second-floor gathering space. (There is an elevator)
The April Program
"Musical Opposites Attract" featuring the married duo of David and M. Penny Sylvester in concert. The program promises to include each musician's favorite genre: jazz, gospel, classical, pop, and soul. David Sylvester is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, while Penny is a vocalist and choir director. Together, they share the best of both worlds.

Admission: General admission tickets are $20.00 (plus fees), and VIP tickets with reserved seating are $35.00 (plus fees).
