Lightner Museum Art Exhibit: Picturing a Nation

  • The Lightner Museum will display American paintings and sculptures from its permanent collection through Sept. 30, 2022, after a major reinstallation this fall.

    The exhibit Picturing a Nation: American Art from the Lightner Museum will open at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2021.

    From America’s great vistas and natural wonders to intimate scenes of St. Augustine, Picturing a Nation presents vibrant visions of America on a local and national scale through late-19th and early-20th century American art.

    Admission: $17 adults; $14 college students and seniors; $10 youth ages 12-17; free for children 11 and under.

    When: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2021, to Friday, Sept. 30, 2022.

    Where: The Lightner Museum is located at 75 King St. in historic downtown St. Augustine.
