Spring Oyster Roast at Genung's

On Friday, March 20, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Genung's Fish Camp hosts an oyster roast in support of Tidal Resilience. 

Expect a relaxed evening, eating delicious local oysters, chatting with new friends, and supporting a good cause, while taking in the sunset, dolphins, and birds on the Matanzas River.

They will also auction off one artwork by Stewart Maxcy, who paints vibrant ocean and seaside scenes, on canvas and on upcycled surfboards. 

Beneficiary

A portion of the proceeds from the dinner and auction will support the Tidal Resilience Foundation. This organization helps children who have lost a parent or caregiver find healing through a connection with the ocean.

Their programs offer hope and counseling to those children, teaching them to advocate for their own well-being, while providing them opportunities to learn more about our marine world.
