On Sunday, October 29 at 7:00 p.m. at the Temple Bet Yam, the St. Augustine Film Society will host a screening of Shaun of the Dead (2004) and a Halloween costume party. Refreshments and snacks are provided at this event.

Written and directed by Edgar Wright, this film follows a middle-aged man named Shaun who lives a predictable life working a very mundane job. He rooms with his best friend and has a girlfriend who is constantly pushing him to grow up and be a man. Although, the unexpected happens for once and zombies soon take over his small town. Shaun has to step in and protect his loved ones in this gory and comedic film.

Admission: $8.00 for non-members of the St. Augustine Film Society. Students and members are free.
