Amelia Evans

Songstress and ukulele player Amelia Evans combines acoustic folk, rock, jazz, and blues to tie together a passionate, beachy sound that stretches through decades past.

Amelia Evans is an up and coming artist that will take listeners on a journey throughout the decades, creating a bridge between vintage favorites and modern alternative hits, morphed into her own style. Amelia has built a strong acoustic folk/rock/jazz sound in her multi-lingual laid back style.

Her original material is passionately driven by her love for songwriting, touching on various subjects that are rounded out by her well thought out poetic lyricism. Her instrument of choice is the ukulele which gives her overall performance a beachy vibe.

Over the past two years, Amelia has been making waves around the Jacksonville and St. Augustine music scene and when she isn't performing she's working on her high school International Baccalaureate Program. She plans to study Music and Science in her upcoming college experience. Amelia was a featured artist at the 2018 St. Augustine Ukulele Festival. Her covers include old favorites such as Bob Marley and Chris Isaak to the modern Cage the Elephant and Zooey Deschanel. She has even been featured as a spotlight artist at Narrow Magazine and Beach 105.5's Colonial Oak Music Park Open Mic.
