Driftwoods

St. Augustine's the Driftwoods are family—not biologically, but as kindred spirits cut from the same cloth, as lifelong friends, and as musicians. The band primarily performs bluegrass music with each of the four members taking the vocal lead. Hearing three and four part harmonies with a overlay of that good ol' southern sound is a guarantee for any audience lucky enough to catch this ensemble. This act is one of the finest bluegrass bands in the southeast, performing everything from traditional with unknown authors to Bill Monroe and Ralph Stanley.
