Wayne Lake
Love of wine and love of music meld in the band Wayne & Friends.
Whether consulting on the best wine selection or playing his guitar with other local musicians, Wayne Lake is on top of his game. Lake was schooled in guitar at the Guitar Study Center in New York City and had the opportunity to study voice with contemporary musicians such as Phoebe Snow.
Originally from New Jersey where he played in clubs in the 70's and 80's, Lake relocated to sunny Florida and began playing regularly in Central Florida. Upon his St. Augustine arrival, he merged his four-decades of wine knowledge with his love of music and now plays at Casa de Vino 57 as Wayne & Friends.
