A native son of St. Augustine, Jonathan Lee Dotson has earned multiple music degrees, including his Doctor of Musical Arts in Guitar Performance. In addition to teaching music at the college level, Dotson writes and arranges music for guitar, and is skilled at music production and recording. Dotson has played classical guitar on four continents and has a particular passion for Spanish guitar.

This energetic and talented band of musicians have roots on two continents but all of them now hail from the Gainesville area. The band members are Tim on lead vocals and tambourine; Julia on violin and fiddle; Todd on guitar, Irish bouzouki, and backing vocals; Will on lead vocals, whistles, and melodica; and T.C. on lead vocals and bodran.

Founded by Jeff Kashiwa after he saw the old movie, The Rat Pack, The Sax Pack has released 3 CDs. They play old favorites, newer popular numbers arranged with The Sax Pack flair, and their own compositions.

Originally from Massachusetts, Ken Macy has settled on the Gulf Coast of Florida from where he travels along north and south, performing from New England through Miami -- with stops in Tennessee.

Country through and through, Ken sings new and old classics and his old compositions. He has recently released an EP, "Campfire Songs."

Josh Ford

Playing country music as a solo act, as part of a duo, or as a full band.

Originally from North Carolina, singer, songwriter, and guitarist Josh Ford began playing music when he was gifted with a harmonica at age five. He later learned guitar, developed his voice, and began writing songs.

In 2015 Josh moved to Nashville where he started out busking on corners while developing a set list. Then he began playing gigs at Tootsies, Rippy's and Honky-Tonk Central.

This singer/songwriter performs as a solo act and with his band, playing old favorites as well as his own compositions.

A singer, songwriter, and musician, Jared Cook has released an EP of original country songs under the title, Bermuda Triangle. He performs both as an acoustic solo act and with his band, playing a mix of country favorites, Southern rock, pop, and his own material.

From Tallahassee, Jared is country through and through, working as an experienced farm hand when not performing.

Led by fiddler/violinist/vocalist Carole Mayedo, Great Dames performs old favorites and has a great deal of fun.

Carole Mayedo studied classical music beginning when very young, and was actually a student of Constance Seeger, mother of Pete Seeger. Carole earned a Master of Music degree and has performed extensively as a classical violinist with both chamber music groups and orchestras. She also perfected her skills on violin and fiddle in other genres and is highly acclaimed for her improvisation techniques on the electric violin. Carole has performed with Jefferson Starship, Papa John Creech, and Linda Ronstadt — among many others.

This group of multi-instrumentalists and songwriters have a unique sound that allows for improvisation.

From Atlanta, Georgia, the five musicians of Fooshee's Forecast each have strong roots in and honed their skills at various jam sessions in that city.

As a result each of these musicians are equally comfortable with a multiple instruments and improvisation. Led by John Fooshee, Fooshee's Forecast offers a unique blend of new music, reflecting their funk, blues, and rock roots — and performed with dynamic and impelling improvisation.
