Coastal Dreams offers a wonderful space for a beach getaway, in a condominium community right on the beach, with two pools, an elevator, and a great view. This third-floor unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a coffee station.
The Unit
The kitchen in Coastal Dreams is fully remodeled—with new appliances, soft-close cabinets, a coffee station, and a pass-through opening to the living area that provides a great view. While you may want to try St. Augustine's excellent restaurants in town, this kitchen has everything you need to create an easy breakfast or a delicious three-course meal.
The dining and living area leads to the private deck, which has views of the palms, sand, and ocean. The deck has seating for two at a high-top table, and two in deck chairs, offering the perfect place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, with a king bed and ensuite, features a sliding glass door that also opens to the private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed equipped with a twin trundle bed. The entire unit has space for 5 people and one infant.
The Complex
There are two pools in the complex, and a large pool deck with umbrella tables and lounges. A private, gated boardwalk provides access to the beach. Free parking is available onsite.
The Amenities
The unit offers complimentary WiFi, and two of the TVs are connected to free cable service.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle for extra space. The unit also has a Pack 'n Play for infants. (Please bring your own crib sheet and bedding.)
The unit has yoga gear for your use, and one of the closets contains beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and boogie boards.
Free parking is included for two cars.
Accessibility
The building has an elevator, and the doors have low thresholds. The master bedroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar.
The owners are mindful that their guests may be uncomfortable around strong fragrances and harsh cleaners. They use non-toxic and fragrance-free cleaning products, and all bed linens are 100% cotton.
Pets are not allowed, and this is a no-smoking unit.
Location
In the Crescent Beach Area, Coastal Dreams is just 7 miles from St. Augustine's Historic Downtown. In addition to walking on the beach, the unit is a reasonable walk to several restaurants and coffee shops, and you can find a pharmacy and two grocery stores within a mile.
