Essential Energy provides a microcirculation treatment — a therapy mat with a Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) — giving the body a relaxing massage while working to reduce pain/stiffness and enhancing the body's healing process. You can also attend an EESystem session and listen to the sounds of nature in a cozy recliner.
Other services include private and group breathwork healing classes. This experience enables you to access deeper emotions in your body and to release any negative physical and/or emotional tension that's been building.
