Get Up and Go Kayaking offers top-rated tours providing knowledgeable guides, great views, and unique experiences in small, intimate groups. They promote conservation awareness and connect explorers to the natural world.
The team at Get Up takes groups of up to 16 paddlers out in clear kayaks. There are two locations and tours to select from: Dolphins and Wildlife Ecotour departing from Vilano, and Sunset and Glow departing from the historic St. Augustine Lighthouse.
Catch sight of dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, and various birds while on the Dolphins and Wildlife Ecotour. As you kayak on the Matanzas River, you will also see landmarks such as the Fountain of Youth, the Mission Cross, the Castillo de San Marcos, and the Bridge of Lions. This tour departs from the Vilano Boat Ramp and runs for 90 minutes.
The Sunset and Glow tour is perfect for exploring the Salt Run estuary and spotting wildlife in the water and on the river banks. Once the sun goes down, kayaks have LED lights that light up as you paddle. This tour departs from the St. Augustine Lighthouse and runs for 90 minutes.
