The Oldest House Museum Complex offers guided tours, two museums, a colonial kitchen, an ornamental garden,  and museum store to its visitors. Tours are conducted every half-hour and provide guests an overview of the culture and history of St. Augustine by discussing the residents of the Oldest House.

Also known as the Gonzalez-Alvarez House, the structure is owned and operated by the St. Augustine Historical Society, and is the oldest surviving Spanish colonial residence in Florida. In addition to the tour, visitors can also enjoy five centuries of Florida coastal maps, a museum detailing St. Augustine's founding through the twentieth century, a replica kitchen, and gardens featuring the native Muscadine grape.

The St. Augustine Surf Culture and History Museum is also located at the Oldest House Museum Complex.
