The St. Augustine Art Association presents "From Asia to the Americas: The Art of Jean Wagner Troemel" from July 20 through August 25, 2019. The exhibit features a selection of original oils, watercolors, alkyds, and mono prints from prolific artist and seasoned traveler Jean Wagner Troemel.
Jean Wagner Troemel 's versatile works range from landscapes to portraits (many of historical figures) and are displayed in several museums across the U.S. and throughout Florida. Locally, Ms. Troemel founded the PAStA Gallery in St. Augustine and was a prime mover behind the establishment of First Friday Art Work. She funded the Best in Show Award that is presented monthly at the St. Augustine Art Association. For more information about the St. Augustine Art Association's exhibitions, click here.
Admission: Admission to the St. Augustine Art Association gallery is free.
When: The opening reception for the exhibit will be Friday, March 2, 2018, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The exhibit runs through Saturday, March 31, 2018, and is available for viewing during regular gallery hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m., Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
