Formed in 1987, Blues Traveler is best known for genre-blending hits like “Run-Around,” “Hook,” and “The Mountains Win Again,” seamlessly fusing blues rock, folk rock, alternative, and southern rock. With more than 2.2 million listeners across Spotify and other streaming platforms, Blues Traveler broke into the mainstream with the chart-topping success of “Run-Around” and earned a Grammy Award for their impact on the rock genre. Their extensive discography includes Blues Traveler, Travelers and Thieves, Save His Soul, Four, Straight On till Morning, Bridge, Truth Be Told, Bastardos!, Cover Yourself, North Hollywood Shootout, Suzie Cracks the Whip, Blow Up the Moon, Hurry Up & Hang Around, Traveler’s Blues, and their most recent release, Traveler’s Soul.
Also formed in 1987, the Gin Blossoms rose to prominence with enduring hits such as “Hey Jealousy,” “Found Out About You,” “’Til I Hear It From You,” and “Follow You Down,” carving out a signature sound rooted in power pop, jangle pop, alternative, and post-grunge. The band, Bill Leen, Jesse Valenzuela, Robin Wilson, Scott Johnson, and Scott Hessel, launched their career after signing with A&M Records and quickly became a defining voice of 1990s alternative rock.
