Carolyn Wonderland at Cafe Eleven

Cafe Eleven presents Carolyn Wonderland in their listening room on Tuesday, January 5, 2027, at 8:00 p.m. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.

Carolyn Wonderland is an acclaimed blues singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Houston, Texas, known for her soulful blend of blues. Since launching her career in the 1990s, she has become recognized for songs such as "Bad to the Bone," "Open Eyes," "Truth Is," "Misunderstood," "What Good Can Drinkin' Do," "Whistlin' Past the Graveyard," "I Ain't Going Back," and "The Laws Must Change."

Wonderland traveled widely, performing on guitar, mandolin, piano, and trumpet, and expanded her repertoire across multiple genres. Her powerful vocals and authentic lyrics have landed her music on prominent shows like NBC's Homicide and Fox's Time of Your Life. Wonderland's talent has earned numerous awards, including the Public News Music Awards, Houston Press Music Awards, and Austin Music Awards, as well as nominations from The Blues Foundation.

All ages are welcome. A $5.00 fee will be charged at the door for attendees younger than 21 years of age.
