The Character Counts! Steering Committee presents the 13th Annual Character Counts! in St. Johns County Six Pillars 6K/3K Run/Walk, on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The race begins and ends at Palencia Elementary School. 

All ages are welcome to participate, and awards will be given to both 6K and 3K runners in various categories, including Overall Male and Female finishers, Male and Female Masters winners, and the top three runners in specific age groups. The race is timed and scored by Hasselmania Productions. Participants must be registered by December 31, 2025, to receive a race t-shirt.

Beneficiary

The event supports the St. Johns County School District and is sponsored by Action News Jax and Beaver Toyota. 

Event Details

Registration: Register online for $30.00 per runner in December, $35.00 per runner from January 1 to January 31, and $40.00 per runner on the day of the race.

Packet Pickup: Pick up your packets at the race site on Friday, February 6, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and on February 7, from 7:00 to 8:45 a.m.

When: Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
