Compassion 5k
The St. Augustine Sertoma Annual 5K Run and Walk Race will take place on November 8, 2014.
The Eighth Annual Compassion 5K Walk/Run will come to St. Augustine on November 8, 2014. The goal of the race is to raise the ease of the financial burden of families within the St. Augustine area living with a major health crisis.
The race will begin at 8 a.m. and is open to people of all ages. The race course is an "out and back" styled course with frequently changing typography, beginning and ending on Shore Blvd. and Santa Maria Blvd. There will be a cash award for top female and male finisher, a post-race prize drawing, and dozens of other post-race prizes donated by local businesses.
Refreshments will be available during the race. Pre-registration for the event is $20 before October 30th, $25 after October 30th, and $30 the day of the event. For all ACRR members the registration cost is $17.
Where? Next to 49 Shores Blvd. and US1 South in St. Augustine, Florida.
