Dierks Bentley

Popular country music singer/songwriter, Dierks Bentley comes to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre to perform some of his hit singles as well as new material. Dierks will be joined by Frankie Ballard and the Brothers Osborne.

Dierks Bentley is a country music star with eighteen singles on the country charts and ten number one hits including his debut single, "What Was I Thinkin.'" Dierks' other number one singles include popular hits like "Come a Little Closer", "Settle for a Slowdown", "Every Mile a Memory", "Free and Easy (Down the Road I Go)", "Feel the Fire", "Sideways", "Am I the Only One", "Home", and "5-1-5-0."

Frederick Dierks Bentley was born in 1975 in Phoenix, Arizona. Dierks was always interested in music, and after graduating college he worked at The Nashville Network (now Spike TV) where he researched old country performances. In 2003 his debut, self-titled album was released and the album's first single, "What Was I Thinkin'", reached #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks charts. Since then Dierks has been a hit-making machine!

His most recent album, Risers, is his most personal to date. Written and recorded in the year following his father's death, the album draws its title from "I'm A Riser," a song about resilience and determination. Dierks is an acclaimed country artist and continues his commitment to making music with Risers. This latest album provides a deeper insight into Dierks as a person as well as an artist. Dierks has won many awards including two CMT Music Awards, Academy of Country Music award, and a Country Music Association Award.

Frankie Ballard is an up-and-coming country music singer. He got his first taste of fame after winning Kenny Chesney's Next Big Star competition in 2008. He signed to Reprise Records in Nashville in 2010 where he also released his debut single, "Tell Me You Get Lonely." The song peaked at Number 33 on the Hot Country Songs charts. Frankie's most recent hit, produced with Warner Bros. Records is his third single, "Helluva Life." This single became his first Top 20 hit in December 2013.

The Brothers Osborne is a country music duo composed of brothers, John Osborne and T.J. Osborne. The brothers released their first single, "Lets Go There" in 2013. The brothers grew up in Maryland and spent much of their childhood writing and playing songs. Both brothers loved music and performing, and both ended up in Nashville. At first the brothers performed in other bands, but when TJ moved to Nashville the Brothers Osborne was formed and they began playing gigs. In 2011 Warner Chappell/King Pen Music offered them a publishing deal, and a year after they singed a record deal with Capitol Records.

Visitors can come to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and enjoy a performance that is bursting with talent! Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss are a part of American country and bluegrass royalty!

When? Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 7 p.m. Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

Parking Information: The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is located on Anastasia Island next to Anastasia State Park and Recreation Area. There is very limited on-site parking so visitors must utilize accessible satellite parking facilities. Each satellite parking area is located within 1 mile of the Amphitheatre. Satellite Parking Lots are located behind RB Hunt Elementary, at RB Hunt Elementary and the Elks Lodge.

Shuttle Information: The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Shuttle system begins its run one and half hours prior to show time. The Shuttle will pick up event patrons at two designated shuttle stops & the soccer field behind RB Hunt Elementary School. Shuttles will run continuously until approximately one hour after the scheduled start time of a concert.
