On Tuesday, March 15, 2016, students from the St. Johns County Center for the Arts at Murray Middle School will perform Disney's The Lion King Jr. at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. The production is directed by drama instructor JoAnn Kirby Nance. Choral instructor Frank Schmidt is the music director, and dance instructors Carole Dickens are Catie Burkhardt are the choreographers.
The show will feature music, dancing, and imaginative puppets designed and built by Morgan Kelly.
Tickets may be purchased in advance online or at the door the day of the event. Tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for students and children.
