Chef Michael of Michael's at Hyatt Place hosts an evening supporting the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (GTMNERR) on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Event Details

The evening starts with cocktails and appetizers, followed by a family-style dinner, coffee, and dessert. Throughout the event, you can peruse items in the silent auction while checking your bids on select items and unique adventures at the reserve. Stay after dinner and dance to live music by Sea Level.

This relaxed evening suggests a dress code of "coastal chic," sundresses, resort wear, and comfortable yet elegant attire. Proceeds from the event support the programs at GTMNERR.

The Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve is a protected stretch of land consisting of wetlands and estuaries on Florida's East Coast. The organization at GTMNERR actively works to maintain and preserve the natural landscape of this vital area of Florida. The GTMNERR's volunteers and employees are dedicated to preserving this unspoiled, undeveloped natural treasure and to supporting a vibrant ecosystem and its subsystems.

Admission: $175.00 per person for GTMNERR members, and $225.00 for non-members. Purchase tickets and sign up to be a member online.
