Evenings on Airstream Row: Sam Pacetti

To wind up "Small Business Saturday," the merchants at Vilano Beach welcome all to an outdoor concert featuring folk-singer, guitarist, and songwriter Sam Pacetti.

The audience is limited and the seats will be spaced out, as Vilano Beach sets up the stage for the first concert in their pop-up series. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and the concert starts at 6:30 with a warm-up of music by Acoustic Anomaly, before Sam Pacetti takes the stage at 7:00 p.m.

Crawford Boyd and Joe Fasano, two guitar masters who make up the duo called Acoustic Anomaly, offer seamless vocal harmonies and an extensive song list, Acoustic Anomaly has a loyal following among locals, visitors, and a number of the area's best local musicians.

Sam Pacetti's mastery of classical and finger-style guitar, flamenco, and jazz makes one wonder how such sound can be accomplished on a single guitar. A Saint Augustine native, Sam was mentored by the late great Gamble Rogers, a hometown troubadour hero and father of the Florida folk music revival.
