First Coast Cultural Center presents an exhibition of Tom Nagata's "Flora and Fauna, East to West" from Thursday, April 4 to Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. An opening reception, serving Aqua Grill appetizers, will be on April 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Visitors can explore the artist's unique painting background. Nagata's pieces share a mix of Hawaiian and Japanese influences and pay homage to his Japanese heritage. His art also reflects his upbringing in a tropical setting by showcasing bold hues and realistic elements such as orchids and koi fish.

Admission: Free

When: Opening is on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., with the exhibit extending until Thursday, May 16, 2024. Business hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
