The St. Augustine Art Association presents the art exhibit and juried show "Go Figure" in May 2017, with an opening reception from 5 to 9 p.m. during the First Friday Art Walk on May 5. The exhibit will be on display through May 28, 2017.

Showcasing interpretations of the human form by a variety of local and regional artists, the exhibit includes gesture drawings, anatomy studies, formal portraits, statuary and figures in the landscape and interiors.

Two special awards are given out for this show: the Carl Steinsieck Best Figure Drawing Award and the Ann James Best Pastel Portrait Award.

Every First Friday Art Walk event includes an exhibit opening at the St. Augustine Art Association.

Admission: Free.

When: The exhibit opens with a reception from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, May 5, and runs through May 28, 2017. The St. Augustine Art Association is open from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sundays, and is closed on Mondays.
