Guided Hike: McCullough Creek

The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department hosts a three to four-mile guided hike through the McCullough Creek Conservation Area on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

This scenic hike invites participants to explore diverse habitats, tranquil trails, and picturesque creek views while learning about local wildlife, native plants, and the conservation efforts that protect Florida's unique ecosystem.

Perfect for both seasoned hikers and those seeking a leisurely outdoor activity, this hike offers a way to reconnect with nature, enjoy some fresh air, and set a positive tone for the year ahead. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear and bring water.

Admission: This is a free event, but participants must register online to secure a spot.

Age Requirement: 10 and older
