Guided Hike: Moses Creek

The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department hosts a three-mile, round-trip guided hike, beginning at the East Trailhead of Moses Creek Conservation Area, on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

This two-hour hike includes forests and views of the saltwater marsh, and offers a relaxed way to enjoy this beautiful area of St. Johns County. Learn about local wildlife, native plants, and the conservation efforts that protect Florida's unique ecosystem.

Be sure to wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water, bug spray, and sunscreen.

Admission: This is a free event, but participants must register online to secure a spot. (See more about registering below.)

Age Requirement: 10 and older.

When: Tuesday, November 17, 2026, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
