The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum in historic downtown St. Augustine will host Holiday Traditions by Candlelight Tours on Friday, December 16, and Saturday, December 17, 2022. Reservations are required for these tours, which will be offers at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 p.m.

The Holiday Traditions by Candlelight Tour features holiday stories from the 1800s, and are fun for the whole family.

Built in 1798 as a merchant's home, the Ximenez-Fatio House later became known as Miss Fatio's, a fashionable boarding house. Today, the historic house museum, carefully researched and authentically restored to reflect its heyday during Florida's first tourism boom from the 1830s through the 1850s, offers insights into the history of a little-known period in Florida history.

Each room has been meticulously interpreted to tell its story about early visitors and how they experienced the Oldest City. Visitors can hear these stories on an unforgettable guided tour through the museum. Due to ongoing research and archeological discoveries, the stories of the Ximenez-Fatio House continue to unfold.

Admission: $15.00 per guest.

When: 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m.,  and 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, December 16 and 17, 2022.

Where: The Ximenez-Fatio House is located at 20 Aviles St, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
