Owl Prowl at Canopy Shores

The St. Johns County Naturalist Program invites you to a walk after dark to see "Whooooos Out Tonight?" at Canopy Shores Park in St. Augustine.

Bring a red flashlight and a sense of adventure, and watch and listen to see who is out after the sun sets. You might see owls, bats, and a host of other creatures during this free one-hour guided walk with a naturalist.

Dress for the weather and bring a flashlight with a red light or cover, bug spray, and water. 

This guided walk is available to only 10 participants at a time.

When: Multiple days in November and December

• Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

How to Register for an Event

Some programs are free to all, some are free to residents, and require everyone to pay a fee, though they may offer residents a discount.
