THE PLAYERS Championship

THE PLAYERS 2024 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, combines the best field in golf with the world-class venue, THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass. The tournament will take place from Tuesday through Sunday, March 12 to 17, 2024. Visitors are welcome to attend each day of the championship including the practice rounds.

THE PLAYERS is one of the most anticipated tournaments on the PGA Tour and boasts the largest purse as well as the strongest field. The stakes are high with a purse of 25 million. Golf Channel and others will be airing this exciting sporting event.

Proceeds from THE PLAYERS benefit Northeast Florida charities and have totaled nearly $110 million since the event moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1977. 

Military Appreciation 

Complimentary admission for military members and veterans is available for Tuesday, March 7, and Wednesday, March 8, 2023 as well as on any one competition day from Thursday, March 9, through Sunday, March 12, 2023. Active duty and retired service members as well as reserve and national guard members who are verified through the military identification system will be provided one free ticket for himself or herself in addition to one dependent. Tournament Info

Admission: Admission prices vary, depending on the day and the type of ticket. All tickets are mobile. Tickets are only available through the online ticket office for THE PLAYERS. Tickets are dynamically priced; each guest is allowed to purchase up to 8 tickets per day per transaction. To purchase tickets, visit here.

When: Tuesday, March 7, to Sunday, March 12, 2023. Tee-offs are in the morning, from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m., and individual events may last all afternoon.

Where: TPC Sawgrass is located at 110 Championship Way in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. For directions via GPS, use 5387 Palm Valley Road in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Parking: Parking in the General Lot is $15 for Tuesday and Wednesday and $40 for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Parking passes must be purchased in advanced and will be digital passes. To purchase parking tickets, visit here.

Youth Policy: Up to two youths who are 15 and under are admitted free of charge with one ticketed adult on Tuesday through Sunday. Their access is limited to Grounds only. All youths ages 6 and older must have the appropriate ticket to enter the hospitality venues.

Accessibility: A designated parking area is available for handicapped guests to make access to the grounds easier. A golf cart shuttle system operates around the grounds. Benches are marked where disabled visitors who are unable to walk far distances can wait to be taken to different areas of the course. The shuttle runs from when the gates open to 30 minutes after play.

Getting There

Tournament organizers recommend taking exit 32 on I-95, heading east on County Road 210, which turns into Valley Ridge Boulevard, and then turning right at the intersection of Valley Ridge Boulevard and Nocatee Parkway. Continue on Nocatee Parkway, which becomes Palm Valley Road as it takes you right to TPC Sawgrass.

Rideshare: THE PLAYERS Championship has set up rideshares, which will drop off and pick up off of ATP Boulevard, at the Couples Entry (near the 15th hole.) This is an easy way for spectators to get to and from the event.
