Chicago-born singer-songwriter and soul-blues guitarist Ronnie Baker Brooks stands out in the Windy City and beyond. Praised by journalists, Andy Whitman, David Brias, and the Boston Herald, Brooks launched his career in the '80s, joining his father's band and making waves with the release of Live From Chicago: Bayou Lightning Strikes.

After collaborating with legends like Elvin Bishop and Lil' Ed Williams, Brooks continued his rise, creating Gold Digger with input from Janet Jackson. His talents earned him a Blues Music Award for Best New Artist. Touring the globe alongside C.J. Anthony Tucker, Steve Nixon, and Carlton Armstrong, Brooks graced stages at major events like the Notodden Blues Festival.

His discography includes Golddigger, Take Me Witcha, The Torch, and Times Have Changed.
