
Improv Basics: a Six-Week Class for Grown-Ups

The Adventure Project will host an improv class on Mondays, April 18 to May 23, 2022.
The course, Improv Basics: a Six-Week Improv Theater Class for Grown-ups, is designed to build self-confidence and explore creativity using the fundamentals of improvisation. The class will expose students to:
- Being and reacting in the moment
- Accepting and building on gifts from team members
- Embracing and using failure
- Co-creating with other students
- Improving communications skills
- Thriving in an unscripted environment
At the end of the six weeks, students will have a working understanding of the basic fundamentals of improvisational theater as well as an increased appreciation, and comfort with, being on stage (and in life) without a script.

When: 6:30 to 9 p.m. Monday, April 18 to May 23, 2022.
Where: Now and Zen Studio is located at 224 San Marco Ave. Free parking is available in front of the studio.
