The St. Augustine Film Society presents a haunting showing of Nosferatu (1922) on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at The Waterworks.

This German-expressionist silent film is set in 1838 Wisborg. Herr Knock, a real estate agent, sends his clerk, Thomas Hutter, to Transylvania to settle a deal with a mysterious Count Orlock. Hutter finds that many locals are weary of the Count and reaches the conclusion that he's staying with a vampire. Between a deadly plague and the Count's fascination with Hutter's wife, Ellen, there is a race against time to save the town and the love of his life.

Admission: $10.00 for the public. Students and St. Augustine Film Society members are free.
