Start Now Showcase: Salt and Pine, Sam Pacetti and Robbie Dammit

At the north end of St. George Street.
27 St. George Street
St. Augustine, FL 32084

Salt and Pine, Sam Pacetti and Robbie Dammit will perform at Narrow Magazine's Start Now Showcase from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2022, at the Colonial Oak Music Park on St. George Street.

Sam Pacetti has been referred to as "The Chosen One" by local St. Augustinians. His mastery of classical and fingerstyle guitar, flamenco and jazz leaves audiences wondering how such sound can be accomplished on a single guitar.

Robbie Dammit commands a stage like few others locally. Known for playing alternative bluegrass, rock, punk, country and honky-tonk, Dammit's performances are local fan favorites.

A group of four musicians Salt and Pine's influences include The Beatles, John Prine, and John Lennon, as well as '90s alternative, folk revival, and bluegrass. The group includes Nolan Baker (guitar, vocals), Haley Thompson (percussion, vocals, piano), Matthew Kirkland (banjo, mandolin) and Sam Chen (cello).

The goal for this series is to showcase some of the area's most talented musicians and to expand and diversify the musical eco system in St. Johns County by incorporating a wide array of musical genres including blue grass, country, classic rock, Indie, folk, Americana and hip hop, among others.
