Damon Slaughter
A soloist who plays oldies, current hits, and his own songs.
Damon Slaughter, from Palatka, has been playing music and singing covers from his favorite musicians since he was 11. He plays songs from the '70s, such as Van Morrison's "Brown-eyed Girl," and new songs by Ed Sheeran.
Slaughter's sets vary in tone, tempo, and decade, and he frequently adds one or more of his original songs into the mix.
Slaughter started out performing close to home in the late 2010s. Since then, St. Augustine venues have found him and host him regularly.
