Jon Q.

Jon Q. says he's a "blue-collar" working songwriter, a claim backed up by his work ethic and original songs. Known by some as Jon Q. Country, Jon Q. writes modern classic country songs about subjects that include his grandparents' house, a weekend off, and his musical heritage being "born on the steps of Graceland."

He's performed as an instrumentalist and singer around the country — in 45 of the 50 states — and in the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium. His EP of original songs, 90 Proof Revival, was released in 2016 and had considerable play in Germany, Norway, France, and on independent stations in the United States.

Jon Q. performs as a solo act, duo, or trio and, while his style is decidedly country, the music and rhythms have more than a hint of rock and soul.
