Ragga Surf Music

Two of the owners of Ragga Surf Cafe have been playing music together for many years, and have now created their own stage where they perform as a dynamic duo. 

With a song list that hits all the decades, and some originals, along with live looping, these multi-instrumentalists entertain with a full band sound. "They are a vibe." James Powell returns to the St. Augustine area with his uniquely introspective style in this duo with Aaron Holmes. Formerly half of the creative pair Watson & Taylor, Powell shares his thoughts in his compositions. Their voices blend with soothing harmonies, consoling the spirit with songs of support and parental angst, of seeing the young running toward growing up, and of the inevitable pitfalls.
