Annual 5k/10k at GTM Research Reserve

The 5^th Annual 5k/10k Trail Run at the GTM Research Reserve will take place at 9 am on Saturday, March 22, 2014. This fun event will give visitors the chance to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and trail experience at the GTM Research Reserve.

The Guana Tolomato Matanzas Research Reserve hosts their 5^th Annual trail run with all proceeds going to support ongoing research, conservation, and stewardship at the GTM Research Reserve. Participants of all skill levels and ages are encouraged to register and enjoy the spectacular surroundings at the GTM Research Reserve.

Runners will meet at the Trailhead in the GTM Research Reserve located just off A1A north. The run will follow the designated trails at the GTM Reserve including the Shell Bluff Road (yellow) trial, Timucuan (purple) trail, and the South Point Loop (red) trail. (These trails are subject to change with weather conditions.)

How to Register: Visit Here to register online. Fees up to March 15, 2014 are $25 for both 5k and 10k. Fees AFTER March 15, 2014 are $30 for both 5k and 10k. Student Fees: $15 for both 5k and 10k (present valid ID at the event.) First 100 participants will receive a free race t-shirt! Participants can make checks payable to Friends of the GTM Reserve.
