First Coast Opera's 2021 spring fundraiser will take place on Saturday, April 10 at 6:00 p.m. at the Marsh Creek Country Club.

The opera pays tribute to two well-loved American recording and movie stars, Nelson Eddy and Jeanette MacDonald, who acted and sang in a number of movie musicals with scores written by Victor Herbert, Rudolf Frimi, and Sigmund Romberg. Nelson Eddy also had a successful career onstage in in both opera and musical theater.

During this event, various guest artists will perform arias that were made wildly popular by MacDonald and Eddy in the 1930s. In addition, the Marsh Creek Country Club chef will prepare heavy hors d'oeuvres for the guests to enjoy and there will be a silent auction.

Admission: $75.00 which includes admission, free hor d'oeuvres, and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.
