The St. Johns Cultural Council is offering a free workshop for musicians to learn all about how to get bookings in St. Johns County. The workshop will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at Planet Sarbez.

Panel speakers from various local venues will discuss a range of topics, including how to find gigs, how to negotiate pay, which venues and promoters are willing to up-and-coming musicians a chance, and how to approach a venue to get the gig.

During this event, Planet Sarbez is offering a happy hour deal — half off all grilled cheese sandwiches and $2.00 beer menu.
