Outpost Academy Sea Trout Class

A special class offering pro tips to anglers on how to catch sea trout, presented by Guy Harvey Outpost.

Visitors can sign up to take a Sea Trout Class Module at the Conch House Marina in St. Augustine. The class instructor is Captain CA Richardson and the class is aimed at intermediate to advanced anglers. The Sea Trout Class Module is a comprehensive class that focuses on multiple scenarios and techniques that are centric to successful sea trout fishing.

Those who register will learn how lunar phases, habitat zones, lures, and flies affect the chance of catching a Gator Trout. Instructors will teach how to rig, cast, and fly-ty to the fisher's best advantage for catching Sea Trout in NE Florida, the Keys, and up to the Florida Panhandle.

Schedule

The class will also include a cocktail reception at Conch House Marina the first evening Friday, November 17, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Class sign-in starts at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning November 18, with a prompt class start time of 9:00 a.m. The class will run until 1:00 p.m.

Accommodations

The Holiday Isle Oceanfront Resort, future site of Guy Harvey Outpost Resort St. Augustine Beach, will be offering a special rate for class participants. Call 800-626-7263 and tell them you will be attending the Outpost Academy.

Seating in this class is limited to 75 anglers, so sign up ASAP.

Admission: $69 per person.
