Romanza: Women's Chorale "America/250"

Romanza presents . . .

On Saturday, May 3, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m., Romanza Festivale presents the North Florida Women's Chorale "America/250" tribute concert. As part of the 2026 Romanza Festivale Chamber Music Series, this free program is at the Cathedral Basilica, 38 Cathedral Place in St. Augustine.

Telling the United States of America's history through music, the chorale's program includes traditional folk songs, rousing patriotic numbers, and works from American composers.  

The North Florida Women's Chorale

Kerry Fradley, the artistic director and conductor of the North Florida Women's Chorale, conducts the concert. Fradley earned a Master's in Vocal Performance and Choral Conducting from Georgia State University and has led this chorale since 2006. Pianist Kathleen VandeBerg is the chorale's collaborative accompanist.

The North Florida Women's Chorale presents music written or arranged specifically for women's voices, so chorale members can learn new works, enhance their skills, and find a creative outlet through singing. By presenting diverse programs throughout the year, the group enriches the audience and serves as role models for women of all ages.
