Sabrage Charters of St. Augustine departs from Culinary Outfitters and meanders down the San Sebastian River. From there, guests see the glow of St. Augustine's Nights of Lights, as well as the ocean marshes, seabirds, and perhaps, a dolphin or two.

Sabrage takes guests north on the river, under the Bridge of Lions, and near the bayfront. There, you'll have the best view of the white lights sparkling on buildings and palm trees all along St. Augustine's bayfront.

The boat has open decks and a space under cover with plastic curtains that drop down to keep out the chill. Beer, wine, and the bartender's signature Caribbean wine cocktails are available at the cash bar.
