
St. Augustine Amateur Golf Tournament
Friday – Sunday, October 9 - 11, 20120 at St. Johns Golf Club
The St. Johns Golf Club will be hosting the 17th Annual St. Augustine Amateur Golf Tournament from Friday through Sunday, October 9 through 11, 2020. Tee times for each round/day of the tournament will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 11:00 a.m. The course format is 54-hole stroke play. Talented players that have earned a place in the tournament will compete for the John C. Jennison III trophy and World Amateur Golf ranking points.
The St. Augustine Amateur was established in 2004 as a way for skilled amateurs and collegiate players from all over—local, regional, and international—to compete. Players can find registration and entry fees here. Tournament proceeds will go to the First Tee of Northeast Florida, a nonprofit youth development organization that teaches young people of all backgrounds valuable life skills through the game of golf.
There will be some restrictions in place due to COVID-19. Spectators will be required to keep a six-foot distance from other spectators, and masks will be required in indoor areas. The clubhouse will provide masks to participants and spectators who want to enter the building.
Food will be available for purchase in the restaurant, with limited indoor and outdoor seating provided.
Free parking will be available on the front grass lot. The St. Johns Golf Club will have a table with info on daily pairings and a course layout set up in the breezeway. For additional info please visit here, or call (904) 209-0350.
