The Front Porch at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre will host a St. Augustine EcoCinema event at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, 2021.

The evening, which will include screenings of two films and a follow-up Q&A session, is free and open to the public,. Free parking is available at the Amphitheatre.

"Sinking Cities: Miami" is one of four "Sinking Cities" episodes exploring how global cities are coming to grips with the real-time effects of rising seas and extreme weather. "The Oldest City Underwater" addresses rising water levels within St. Augustine. Atlantic Beach Mayor Ellen Glasser and other experts will be the evening's panelists following the films.

St. Augustine EcoCinema is presented by the Amphitheatre's Green Hands Initiative, in partnership with the St. Augustine Film Society, The Golden Way and Beaches Go Green. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Maritime Creative.

Admission: Free

When: 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, 2021. The Front Porch will open at 6 p.m. 

Where: The Front Porch at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre is located at 1340 A1A South in St. Augustine, FL 32080.

Parking Information: The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is located on Anastasia Island next to Anastasia State Park. Parking in the main lot will be free for this event.
