Stage to Screen: Shine A Light at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall

The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall welcomes Stage to Screen: Shine A Light on Friday and Saturday, August 21 and 22, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. on both days.

A cinematic celebration of rock endurance, Shine A Light captures The Rolling Stones' 2006 Beacon Theatre performances with exceptional cinematography, translating every amplified riff and stage gesture into vivid, kinetic imagery. It interlaces blistering live footage and intimate backstage moments, revealing not only the spectacle of pyrotechnic sets and crowd-thrumming anthems but also the quieter, human dimensions and the moments of vulnerability that underlie decades of performance. 

Through tight close-ups, sweeping crowd shots, and carefully edited historical context, the film traces The Rolling Stones' musical evolution while immersing viewers in the sensory power of a band that has weathered time and remains defiantly alive onstage.

Admission: This is a free community event, but tickets must be reserved in advance.

Local Box Office: As of August 1, 2025, the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall box office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week, and they sell tickets to performances at PVCH and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. You can also purchase tickets for shows at both venues at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre box office on Anastasia Island, 1340 A1A South in St. Augustine, Florida 32080. Parking Information: Free parking is available onsite on a first-come, first-served basis. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees are at the discretion of the event producer.
