Wednesdays thru Sundays, Dec. 19, 2018 – Jan. 27, 2019 | Details below at St. Augustine Amphitheatre
The Venardos Circus is setting up their Big Top at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre again this year, with a greatly expanded run time from December 19, 2018, through January 27, 2019. Performances will be Wednesdays through Sundays during that time, with two shows on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Last year, Venardos Circus was extremely successful at the Amphitheatre, with 10 consecutive sellouts and 52 percent of attendees coming from outside St. Johns County. Venardos Circus is the work of former Ringling Bros. Ringmaster Kevin Venardos. The troupe presents themselves as a musical showcase of family-oriented performers. The act is a combination of Broadway artistry, acrobatics, dancing, and daredevilry. The performance is 90 minutes with a brief intermission. The entire show takes place inside a traditional circus tent that seats 300 people. All the classic circus snacks are available — popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs, lemonade, and more.
Admission: $25.00 for General Admission Adult, $15.00 for Youth under 12, and $35.00 for VIP Experience Seating. Visit here for a complete list of shows and to purchase tickets.
