Cat Ridgeway isn't just one of those run-of-the-mill started-at-age-eight, recorded-in-the-fifth-grade, plays-ten-instruments kind of person; Cat is a powerhouse to be reckoned with. Currently playing with four to six people, known as “Cat Ridgeway and the Tourists,” the band will be in St. Augustine for the annual Sing Out Loud festival.

Despite their name, the members of Rancho La Chua are lovers of all Irish/Celtic music, from the traditional to the Anglo/Irish/Celtic punk (think, The Pouges.)

Jon Gaunt plays violin, Bobby Brown is on drums, Will Dueease is on Bass, and Mike Collins plays guitar. Chelsea Carns plays accordion, mandolin, and tin whistle. Heather Tabor is the lead vocalist, with several other members providing background vocals and the occasional lead.

AKA Harley's signature sound blends SoCal surf, folk, and gothic punk, resulting in an energizing combination of twangy reverb and understated distortion.
