Coastal Landscapes & Pottery
Located in Historic Downtown on Charlotte Street, CJK-Studio is the working art gallery of painter Claire Jane Kendrick. Known for her expressive brushwork and bold use of color, Kendrick captures the natural essence of coastal landscapes. Her plein air and studio works reflect the light, texture, vibes, and beauty of Northeast Florida.
The gallery features original oil paintings, limited-edition giclée prints, and a curated selection of functional handcrafted pottery. It also includes select works by Kendrick’s mentor, noted landscape artist Anne Packard.
Artist-Led Studio
Kendrick accepts commissions and often collaborates with designers and collectors to create custom pieces that align with their specific interior needs and styles. Kendrick's background in fashion design, combined with her international experience, informs a clean, intentional approach, bringing balance between contemporary and nature-inspired.
Community Engagement
The gallery actively participates in St. Augustine's art scene, including the monthly First Friday Art Walk. During these events, CJK-Studio and other participating galleries extend their hours for visitors to engage with artists and explore new exhibits.
