Flo Yoga & Spa has permanently closed.

Flo Yoga & Spa, a woman-owned and operated studio, help people connect their body and mind in a serene and comfortable space. Members and visitors experience spiritual and physical wellness journeys during one of the many services — yoga, facials, massages, tarot card readings, access bars, and reiki healing.

Beginner to advanced-level yoga sessions are available: hatha (physical postures and breath control), vinyasa flow (promotes strength, flexibility, and mindfulness), and yin (long, meditative poses to restore energy flow). Check out specialty classes such as Mommy & Me, Sunrise Vinyasa Flow, and Morning Mobility.

There's an assortment of massages offered including hot stone, Swedish, sport, trigger point, and therapeutic. Pricing varies based on the duration.

Flo serves the community by donating to charities such as Sea Turtle Conservancy, the Florida Aquarium, Florida Fish and Wildlife, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
