Rise St. Augustine presents a new rental community offering townhome living in two- and three-bedroom units, each with an attached garage.

The Units

There are two apartment models, and all have an attached garage, a private entrance, a half bath under the stairs, and a sliding door to the back of the living area. All units have thoughtfully designed spaces, modern kitchens with stainless appliances, plenty of storage, and an island counter for meal prep and casual dining. The bedrooms and living areas all have large windows allowing natural light into the rooms.

The larger units have 1,527 square feet, with a larger garage that also contains the hot-water heater. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer. The larger master bedroom overlooks the back and has a walk-in closet and en suite bath. At the front end, there are two bedrooms, each with a large closet, and a shared bathroom, entered from the hall. In addition, there is an extra storage or linen closet next to the washer and dryer.

The two-bedroom units have 1260 square feet and a slightly smaller garage. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and closet. There is also a washer and dryer, a utility closet for the water heater, and a smaller storage closet.

Fun and Fitness

The complex has sidewalks throughout, including around the large retention pond. In addition, the community features resort-style amenities, including a pool and an outside gathering space, grill areas, and fire pits.

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day. There is a separate indoor yoga studio, and you'll find pickleball courts near the pool.

Work from Home

Relax or work in the clubhouse, which offers an espresso bar, workstations, conference rooms, and quiet spaces for conversation or working on your laptop. The large gathering space includes room for tabletop games, conversation, parties, and watching the game.

Pets and Families
